Structured essays I owe you everything.

As I stared at my 35% essay and blinked slow I wondered how someone could do so poorly. I later asked my teacher for some tips and that’s just what I got. “Maybe writing isn’t for you. You have no structure, no format.”

I always loved writing but there was a problem. I didn’t stick to guidelines, I wrote as if I were having a conversation with you. I needed to find a way that I could write creatively without boundaries.

I was sold at a Seneca, Creative Advertising orientation where I was enlightened about an industry that thrives on great ideas, creative writing and young talent.

I spent the next two years of my life living advertising. It’s a passion I never thought I’d find but am blessed to experience. That feeling you get when you see an amazing ad, or when you think your idea could be bulletproof is just something I wont give up.

I’ve interned as a writer at Cundari and Cossette and am working towards building my skills and connections moving forward in this amazing industry.

Please feel free to give me any feedback on my work or if you just don’t like me. We can talk about that too.
