The call for entries is now open for The Advertising & Design Club of Canada’s Directions 2018 Awards – our annual competition celebrating the best work in Canadian Advertising, Design, Photography, Illustration, and Interactive.
While 2018 marks our 69th annual awards program, our judging process remains the same. Unique among Canadian creative award shows, The ADCC will continue to assemble panels of international creatives who will thoughtfully and methodically vote for Canada’s best creative work. The Directions 2018 judging panels will be announced to the public over the next few months.
Winners will be announced at the Directions 2018 Awards in Toronto on November 8. Winners will also be featured in our printed Annual and on the ADCC Archive – our growing collection of award-winning Canadian work.
The cumulative results of Directions 2018 winners also determine the recipients of our prestigious Scarlet Letter Awards for Agency of the Year, Design Studio of the Year, Interactive Agency of the Year and Production Company of the Year. The Scarlet Letter Awards recognize creative excellence across an entire agency or firm based on the ADCC national awards competition results.
Each year, a Canadian agency or studio donates their time and resources to design The ADCC’s call for entries and awards program. This year’s call for entries has been designed by Grey Canada and printed by Flash Reproductions. Printed call for entries will be arriving in mailboxes around Canada very soon. Full credits for the project are listed below.
The Directions 2018 deadline for entries is Friday, June 8. Early bird pricing is in effect until May 25 – enter online by that date and save 10% on your entry fees.
