Jay Chaney (Principal Consultant at Ad.Vice Inc.), Sarah Henderson (EVP, Head of Planning at BBDO Toronto), Jason Last (Partner, Strategy Director at Conflict) and Christine Maw (VP, Head of Strategy at TAXI Toronto) will each share their brilliance followed by a no-holds barred panel discussion moderated by Andrew Simon (ADCC President and CCO for Canada at Edelman).

Jay Chaney
Principal Consultant at Ad.Vice Inc.

Jay has been Canada’s top planner on the Creative Report Card for the past two years in a row. He is known for pushing the limits of advertising and redefining and championing the strategy and planning role in Canada. He has contributed to several internationally game changing and award-winning campaigns; including, KOHO’s Dream Thieves, SickKids VS, Honey Nut Cheerios ‘Bring Back the Bees’, and McDonald’s ‘Our Food Your Questions’.

Sarah Henderson
EVP, Head of Planning at BBDO Toronto

Sarah is recognized as a strategic, creative and integrated thinker with over 20 years of experience building brands and engaging consumers in a range of roles: account management, client marketing, and strategic planning. She currently leads the planning team at BBDO.

Jason Last
Partner, Strategy Director at Conflict

Prior to co-founding Conflict, Jason served as Director of Strategic Planning at john st. and as a Senior Planner at Leo Burnett Toronto. He holds a master’s degree in English and Cultural Studies from Western University and a master’s degree in Strategic Foresight and Innovation from OCAD University.

Christine Maw
VP, Head of Strategy at TAXI Toronto

With over 20 years as a strategist, Christine heads-up the strategy team at Taxi, leading a passionate group of brand builders.She has a proven track record helping grow world-class brands, including Coca-Cola, Bell, Nissan, Visa, Audi, Fido, Canadian Tire & United Way. She’s worked at agencies, including Cossette, ZiG and TBWA\Toronto.
