In Conversation with Adrian Belina

Adrian co-founded Jam3 in 2004 with the highly ambitious goal of building really, really cool Flash websites. The kind that had super fancy intros you wanted to skip, ambient background music you wanted to mute, and lots of obscure little menus that you had to frustratingly figure out how to use. But that was then and this is now, and almost 20 years later that internal desire to push the boundaries of design and experiences and to blend creativity with technology still beats at the very heart of Jam3, which now sits within the Media.Monks organization and focuses on Brand Experience Design and innovation. As CCO, Jam3’s work has been recognized at everything from Cannes, the One show, the D&AD, the Webby’s, to the Pulitzer Prize and are in the FWA Hall of Fame. Adrian has sat on the Board of Directors at the Advertising and Design Club and has spoken at the likes of SXSW, Google Think, and Digital Day. Past judging includes Cannes, the One Show, AICP, the Webby’s, Ciclope, the Marketing Awards, Communication Arts and FWA.
