Zachary Bautista

Rethink Partner, Group Creative Director

Zachary Bautista is a Partner, Group Creative Director at Rethink. From art school dropout to one of the most consistently recognized creatives in Canada, his work has been awarded at every major international award show from Cannes to Clios with acclaim from figures like Jimmy Fallon and Drew Barrymore, and headlines on publications like CNN and FastCompany. Zach was ranked the #1 Art Director back-to-back-to-back-to-back in Strategy Magazine’s Creative Report Card for 2022-2025. He was among AdAge’s 40 Under 40 in 2021 and the only Canadian on the list. You can find his work on a billboard near you or in the 6th Edition of Hey Whipple Squeeze This along with Pearson’s Fundamentals of Marketing Textbook. In addition to his impassioned dedication as an industry mentor, Zach was a recurring instructor at Miami Ad School in Toronto. In his role as teacher he has elevated the talents of up-and-coming art directors and copywriters. His approach to his students is teaching peers to become future co-workers. Zach spends most of his money on sports memorabilia. He spends most of his time making money to afford sports memorabilia.

Jean-Philippe Dugal

No Fixed Address Creative Director, Art

Jean-Philippe’s career can be summed up in one word: passion. His career began in 2008, when he was hired as one of the first employees at fashion-focused design studio TUX, helping to craft many of their early award-winning projects like Dermablend’s “Zombie Boy”, winning the agency’s first Cannes Lion. He then moved to lg2, where he continued to work with national and international clients like Gender Creative Kids, Le Diamant, Québec Cinéma, the Musée des beaux-arts de Montréal and full rebrands of Hydro Québec and Montréal’s Parc Olympique. He was named to the 30 under 30 club by Infopresse in 2016, served on the board of Montréal’s Gay Village and continued to be recognized by winning multiple times in both the advertising and design categories at Cannes, One Show, Clio, LIA, ADC, ADCC, the Webbys and more. As a francophone Quebecker working in an anglophone Canadian agency, he brings a distinct cultural perspective and design sensibility to the agency’s work, ensuring it engages all Canadians equally. After almost ten years at lg2 he joined the independent agency No Fixed Address as Creative Director Art and Designer, where his passion for design and branding is already helping the agency pick up more international recognition.

Sally Fung

Broken Heart Love Affair Creative Director

Sally Fung is an award-winning Creative Director at Broken Heart Love Affair. In 2023, she was named a Next Creative Leader by the One Club for Creativity and has been recognized by local and international shows including a Cannes Lion Grand Prix. She has worked at some of Canada’s most celebrated agencies on brands like adidas, Amazon, Air Canada, HBC, IKEA, and the Canadian Down Syndrome Society. Her next goal is to learn how to whistle.

Domenique Raso

Courage Creative Director

Domenique is an enthusiastic Creative Director at Courage who prides herself on creating insightful work and having never seen an episode of Love Island. Her ideas have been recognized at every major award show, and in 2020 she was ranked the #2 copywriter in Canada by Strategy Magazine. She has over fifteen years of experience working across a range of brands, from Sephora to CIBC to PepsiCo to Right to Play. And while the work on all of them greatly differs, the goal is always the same: to tell stories and solve problems in a way that helps brands become part of culture and drive meaningful change.

Mark Neil Balson

SUPERFANTASTIC Co-Founder & Creative Director

Mark Neil Balson is the Co-Founder and Creative Director of SUPERFANTASTIC, a Toronto-based independent graphic design and experiential marketing studio. He has over 15 years of experience working across identity, branding, print and digital design. Known for his thoughtfully daring approach, keen eye for detail and love of typography. He has worked with some of the best studios internationally while honing his craft which is artistic, collaborative, and above all, human. He has been awarded numerous D&AD Pencils, among other major awards and has helped lead teams to win ADCC’s Design Studio / Agency of the Year awards.

Ryan Crouchman

LG2 Toronto Partner, VP, ECD, Design

For more than twenty years Ryan has helped build brands, from local startups and cultural institutions to Fortune 500 corporations. His main areas of focus are branding and visual identities, packaging, and interactive design. Over the course of his career Ryan has held design and leadership positions at some of Canada's most awarded agencies, and in 2018 he founded the Branding and Design department of LG2 Toronto, helping grow Canada's largest independent creative agency. Ryan has worked across every major sector, including finance, technology, retail, fashion, culture, government, transportation, hospitality, energy and food & beverage. His strategic mindset and attention to detail have resulted in recognition from every major international design competition including Cannes Lions, D&AD, the Dieline, the One Show, Clios, ADC, Communication Arts and the ADCC. Aside from his work at the agency, Ryan has had the pleasure of sitting on a range of national and international design juries including Cannes Lions, London International Awards, Dieline Awards, Communication Arts, Marketing, Applied Arts, Concours Idéa among others.

Morgan Curley

Public Eye Co-Founder & Creative Director

Morgan is the co-founder of Public Eye, a Calgary-based branding agency with over 30 awards and features to her name. Over the last 15 years of her design career, Morgan has proven herself as a strategically minded designer, striving to understand her client’s needs by fostering clarity, insight and transformation. On a more shallow side, she also likes to explore identities with big type, bright, weird colours and a hit of humour.

Man Wai Wong

Independent Creative Director & Designer

Man Wai Wong is an internationally recognized designer who specializes in design that is rooted in conceptual thinking and meticulous craftsmanship. These two factors can be seen in every facet of design she has delved into, including the art of branding, design of physical and digital experiences, motion graphics, environments, and products. Her design background hails from York-Sheridan Design in Toronto and notably the Bauhaus in Germany. Having studied many areas of design, in different countries with varied design philosophies, she has a discerning eye and particular sensibility for work that resonates globally. Her work has been recognized in several publications and awarded in virtually all national and international shows including The One Show, the D&AD, the Art Directors Club, the Clios, London International Awards, among others.
