Nora Ahern
When Nora joined DDB Canada as VP Group Business Director in 2006, it followed a successful 10-year advertising career in her native Ireland across a portfolio of premium brands in the retail, automotive, pharmaceutical, utilities and technology sectors. Driven by her keen interest in the creative use of technology and the ever-changing nature of brand/audience interaction, Nora co-founded social media agency, Village&Co in 2010. Nora was appointed Managing Director at Noise Digital in January 2018 where she headed a team of 48 employees in Vancouver and in Toronto. Joining EA in Feb 2021 as VP Marketing Operations and Technology, Nora wanted to work in a company that is at the intersection of games, culture and entertainment. But most important of all in Nora's career is being Irish, she has a healthy sense of humour, and with that—the ability to affect cultural change and get shit done. She loves Sports (Arsenal, Irish Rugby and Raptors), Movies and TV (and has lots to say on it), enjoys Gin (Hendrick’s), can write Limericks (born in Limerick Ireland) and lives with her husband and two teenagers in Vancouver.
