Rising Stars 2025

This year's Rising Stars

The ADCC’s Rising Stars awards recognize emerging creative talent across talent.

This year’s judges have selected two winners – one from Advertising, one from Design:

—Nicolas Poulin, Designer

—Brooke Langmaid, Art Director

See their work below.

Nicolas Poulin has always been drawn to the visual arts, with a particular passion for illustration and typography. He pursued a certificate in visual arts at the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières (UQTR) before moving to Quebec City where he earned a Bachelor's degree in graphic design from Université Laval. For Nicolas, design is akin to a way of life, a perfect blend of language and art, where messages are communicated through images. After joining the ranks of LG2, Nicolas quickly demonstrated his skills for challenging the status quo with a bold and vibrant style that has won numerous awards. He has particularly distinguished himself in the realm of type-based design, having received recognition by the Applied Arts Awards, Communication Arts, Idéa, and Dieline Awards.
